Allow me to introduce myself and share my journey in the world of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. My name is Dimitri Corneliu Andrei, and for years, I have dedicated my life to this martial art. With unwavering determination, I trained diligently, three times a day, six days a week, with a single goal in mind: to turn my dream of opening my own Jiu-Jitsu gym into a reality. Throughout my journey, I invested countless hours in honing my skills as both a fighter and a coach. I recognized that to be successful in the competitive world of Jiu-Jitsu, it was crucial to not only be a skilled practitioner but also to possess the knowledge and expertise required to guide and inspire others.

To enhance my understanding of the art, I pursued various courses and certifications. I delved deep into technical aspects, studied the intricacies of business management, and dedicated myself to becoming an exceptional coach. Among the certifications I attained, the most significant one was accreditation as a coach in the renowned Winners Method.

The Winners Method is internationally recognized as the premier program for teaching Jiu-Jitsu to children. This achievement not only added to my professional credibility but also highlighted my commitment to providing a safe and nurturing environment for young practitioners to learn and grow. I firmly believe in instilling the values of discipline, respect, and perseverance that Jiu-Jitsu teaches, preparing them for success on and off the mats.

Driven by passion and wisdom gained through my own journey, I made the decision to share my expertise in Limerick. I am now privileged to teach Jiu-Jitsu with the same fervor and dedication that has guided me thus far. Every class is an opportunity to pass on the knowledge I have acquired, nurturing the next generation of martial artists and empowering them to achieve their goals. At Origins Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I strive to create a community built on mutual respect, camaraderie, and a shared love for Jiu-Jitsu. From a humble family in São Paulo, Brazil, since I was little I felt lost and inadequate, but the path of martial arts showed me that I could be more, that I could be someone!

With years of dedication and discipline I became a professional athlete and teacher, and with the aim of changing my life I decided to take a risk and come to Europe, sharing my knowledge and passion about martial arts and especially jiu-jitsu.
